Inova\u0163ia, dezvoltarea, succesul \u00een business sunt rezultate care apar din modul \u00een care oamenii conduc procesele \u00een organiza\u0163ie, creeaz\u0103 produsele, stabilesc strategiile, implementeaz\u0103 proiectele.<\/p>\n<p>Cum ajungem la aceste rezultate?<\/p>\n<p>Printr-o selec\u0163ie eficient\u0103, prin cre\u015fterea nivelului de engagement al angaja\u0163ilor, prin evaluarea \u015fi dezvoltarea membrilor echipei. Altfel spus, prin politici, strategii \u015fi programe de talent management. Organiza\u0163iile care \u00ee\u015fi vor \u00eensu\u015fi acest set de instrumente vor deveni liderii de pia\u0163\u0103 de m\u00e2ine. Managementul talentelor se impune ca o necesitate \u00een acest mediu mult mai competitiv \u015fi permanent supus schimb\u0103rii.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eTalentul &#8211; ca \u015fi no\u0163iune practic\u0103 \u00een managementul organiza\u0163ional &#8211; poate \u00eensemna lucruri diferite \u00een companii diferite. Pentru unele organiza\u0163ii, un specialist cu skill-uri foarte greu de g\u0103sit (de exemplu, din domeniul IT, anumite limbaje de programare la care se poate adauga \u015fi o anumit\u0103 competen\u0163\u0103 ligvistic\u0103 deosebit\u0103) poate \u00eensemna talent. Pentru alte organiza\u0163ii, unde skill-urile tehnice, profesionale, legate de job nu sunt at\u00e2t de importante (de exemplu, lucr\u0103torii \u00eentr-un call center) un anumit set de comportamente (viteza de reac\u0163ie, amabilitate, rezisten\u0163\u0103 \u00een situa\u0163ii de presiune, respect fa\u0163\u0103 de reguli \u015fi proceduri) poate face distinc\u0163ia \u00eentre un talent \u015fi un angajat mediocru. Cert este c\u0103 talentul \u00eenseamn\u0103, \u00een propor\u0163ii poate diferite, un mix \u00eentre anumite competen\u0163e tehnice, abilit\u0103\u0163i \u015fi anumite competen\u0163e soft, comportamente, avute la un nivel \u00eenalt\u201d, declar\u0103 <strong>M\u0103d\u0103lina B\u0103lan<\/strong>, Managing Partener HART Consulting.<\/p>\n<p>\u00centrebat de ce consider\u0103 c\u0103 \u00een ultimii ani companiile pun din ce \u00een ce mai mult accentul pe conceptul de management al talentelor, <strong>Jan Kwint<\/strong>, Executive Director LTP, Olanda \u015fi partener Hogan Assessment Systems pentru Benelux, declar\u0103: \u201e\u00eemi vin in minte aspectele globaliz\u0103rii, competi\u0163ia \u015fi evolu\u0163ia demografic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Globalizarea: Companiile fuzioneaz\u0103, cresc, dezvolt\u00e2ndu-se \u015fi pe plan interna\u0163ional \u00een func\u0163ie de scop \u015fi stilul de a face business. Identificarea talentelor (oriunde \u00een lume), \u00eentr-o faz\u0103 incipient\u0103, este un element cheie. Nu numai identificarea performerilor \u00eenal\u0163i \/ persoanelor cu poten\u0163ial ridicat (ace\u015ftia sunt talentele vizibile), c\u00e2t \u015fi a celor care sunt mai pu\u0163ini vizibili. Unde sunt \u015fi ce \u00ee\u015fi doresc? Putem noi s\u0103-i dezvolt\u0103m, baz\u00e2ndu-ne pe competen\u0163e viitoare? Ace\u015ftia necesit\u0103 aten\u0163ie \u015fi oportunit\u0103\u0163i de dezvoltare. \u00cen caz contrar, vor pleca.<\/p>\n<p>Competi\u0163ie: Pe m\u0103sura ce calitatea \u015fi pre\u0163urile produselor \u015fi serviciilor devin din ce \u00een ce mai apropiate, competi\u0163ia se mut\u0103 \u00een calitatea echipei. Managementul talentelor devine cheia.<\/p>\n<p>Evolu\u0163ia demografic\u0103: Trendul global arat\u0103 c\u0103 genera\u0163ia \u201ebaby boom\u201d se retrage din activitate \u015fi avem nevoie de mai mult personal dec\u00e2t putem ob\u0163ine de fapt. Rezultatele constau \u00eentr-un deficit pe pia\u0163a for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 \u015fi un r\u0103zboi asupra talentelor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sergiu Negu\u0163<\/strong>, Senior Consultant Wanted Transformation Consultancy, apreciaza c\u0103 \u201ecel mai important lucru este s\u0103 nu uite dimensiunea etica.
