Dup\u0103 ani \u015fi ani de experien\u0163\u0103 \u00een domeniul v\u00e2nz\u0103rilor, Howard Moskowitz \u015fi Alex Gofman au dezvoltat RDE (Rule Developing Experimentation) \u2013 un proces organizat, utilizat \u00een domeniul afacerilor care creeaz\u0103, testeaz\u0103 \u015fi modific\u0103 produse \u00eentr-o manier\u0103 disciplinat\u0103, utiliz\u00e2nd designul experimental, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t creatorii \u015fi v\u00e2nz\u0103torii s\u0103 descopere ce-i intereseaz\u0103 pe clien\u0163i, chiar dac\u0103 ace\u015ftia nu pot identifica nevoia \u015fi cu at\u00e2t mai pu\u0163in solu\u0163ia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Cartea prezint\u0103 exemple ale aplic\u0103rii acestui proces \u00een domenii extrem de variate, de la alimente la reviste, de la electronice la domeniul politic \u015fi chiar la burs\u0103. Acest lucru este posibil deoarece abordarea RDE este una relativ u\u015foar\u0103, automatizat\u0103 \u00eentr-o m\u0103sur\u0103 destul de mare, adaptabil\u0103 \u015fi implic\u00e2nd costuri acceptabile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Ceea ce doresc, \u00een esen\u0163\u0103, s\u0103 eviden\u0163ieze autorii este faptul c\u0103 principalul element ce trebuie luat \u00een considerare \u00een crearea produselor sunt chiar consumatorii.
