Iar acest sprijin se traduce prin implicarea activ\u0103 \u015fi personal\u0103, atitudinea pozitiv\u0103 fa\u0163\u0103 de locul de munc\u0103 \u015fi perspectivele fa\u0163\u0103 de mediul \u00eenconjur\u0103tor. Volumul \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 ofere ni\u015fte reguli, ni\u015fte moduri \u00een care resursele umane pot determina CSR-uri de succes, cu un impact real asupra societ\u0103\u0163ii.
