Ce au facut ei ? Simplu: i-au lasat pe competitorii sa se bata in continuare pe segmentul de piata deja saturat (over-fished) si s-au indreptat spre un segment care pana atunci nu existase. Au creat ei un segment de piata, cu alte cuvinte.
