Conform acestei teorii, angajatul tipic prefer\u0103 s\u0103 fac\u0103 ce i se spune, are aversiune fa\u0163\u0103 de responsabilitate, consider\u0103 c\u0103 are \u00eentotdeauna dreptate \u015fi \u00ee\u015fi dore\u015fte, mai presus de orice, siguran\u0163\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Cu o asemenea metalitate, nu e de mirare c\u0103 o vast\u0103 categorie de manageri \u00ee\u015fi trateaz\u0103 subalternii ca \u015fi cum ar fi sclavi pe planta\u0163ie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">\u015ei totu\u015fi, teoria opus\u0103 afirm\u0103 c\u0103 efortul fizic \u015fi mental e \u00eenscris \u00een codul genetic al speciei umane, controlul \u015fi pedeapsa nefiind singurele c\u0103i de a-i face pe oameni s\u0103 munceasc\u0103 (at\u00e2ta vreme c\u00e2t au un scop), iar imagina\u0163ia, creativitatea \u015fi originalitatea pot servi la solu\u0163ionarea eficient\u0103 a problemelor profesionale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Ce anume se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd \u015feful crede c\u0103 rolul lui e acela de vechil \u2013 mul\u0163i dintre noi au v\u0103zut asta deja (\u015fi \u00eenc\u0103 de prea multe ori). Iar semnele prevestitoare de probleme sunt: fluctua\u0163ia accentuat\u0103 de personal, dificultatea de a promova din interiorul companiei, conflictele \u00een ascensiune ca intensitate \u015fi num\u0103r, evaluarea prea critic\u0103 a performan\u0163elor profesionale pe care le au subalternii, imposibilitatea de a colabora cu anumi\u0163i \u015fefi, schismele \u015fi apari\u0163ia clicilor. Desigur, mai exist\u0103 \u015fi alte indicii similare: nervozitatea generalizat\u0103, acuza\u0163iile formale de h\u0103r\u0163uire, eviden\u0163ierea problemelor personale \u015fi altele.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Pentru a readuce situa\u0163ia la normal, \u00eentr-un asemenea context ar trebui s\u0103 cunoa\u015ftem <strong>cele \u015fase obiceiuri ale \u015fefilor foarte eficien\u0163i:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>1. dezvoltarea con\u015ftiin\u0163ei de sine<\/strong> (\u00een sensul cunoa\u015fterii propriei persoane);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>2. manifestarea empatiei fa\u0163\u0103 de cei din jur<\/strong> (implicarea \u00een scopul rezolv\u0103rii problemelor);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>3. aplicarea faimoasei \u201ereguli de aur\u201d<\/strong> (ce \u0163ie nu-\u0163i place altuia nu face);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>4. men\u0163inerea comportamentului \u00eentre anumite limite<\/strong> (pentru a evita discrimin\u0103rile de orice natur\u0103);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>5. comunicarea abil\u0103 a criticilor<\/strong> (astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t efectul s\u0103 fie unul constructiv);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>6. adaptarea la stilul personal al fiec\u0103rui angajat<\/strong> (\u00een vederea consolid\u0103rii bunelor rela\u0163ii).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">A\u015fadar, pentru a colabora eficient cu oamenii, a fi respectat \u015fi a deveni genul de \u015fef pentru care toat\u0103 lumea vrea s\u0103 lucreze, este necesar s\u0103 v\u0103 focaliza\u0163i aten\u0163ia asupra acestor \u015fase deprinderi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Acum e timpul s\u0103 descoperi\u0163i cine sunte\u0163i cu adev\u0103rat, s\u0103-i asculta\u0163i pe ceilal\u0163i \u015fi s\u0103 v\u0103 pune\u0163i \u00een locul lor, s\u0103 v\u0103 \u00eentreba\u0163i \u00een mod regulat dac\u0103 deciziile pe care le lua\u0163i sunt corecte \u015fi \u00een\u0163elepte, s\u0103 v\u0103 exprima\u0163i pozi\u0163ia de autoritate f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 leza\u0163i demnitatea altora, s\u0103 exprima\u0163i abil criticile pentru a motiva interlocutorul, nu pentru a-l \u00eengenunchia, s\u0103 manifesta\u0163i flexibilitate \u00een\u00a0 idei \u015fi comportament.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Pentru toate acestea, cartea lui Kohn \u015fi O\u0384Connell este reperul perfect.
