Noua carte a Laurei este un concept unic care \u00eembin\u0103 re\u021bete u\u0219or de preparat, ce con\u021bin ingrediente alese cu grij\u0103, cu un joc al formelor \u0219i o c\u0103l\u0103torie a descoperirii de sine prin fotografii realizate de Alex G\u00e2lmeanu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Aceasta este cea de-a doua distinc\u021bie interna\u021bional\u0103 primit\u0103 de Laura Cosoi, dup\u0103 ce \u00een 2015 prima sa carte, <em>\u201eRam\u00e2i la mas\u0103\u201d,<\/em> ap\u0103rut\u0103 tot la Curtea Veche Publishing a fost bestseller la categoria culinar\u0103 \u0219i a c\u00e2\u0219tigat premiul <em>Gourmand World Cookbook Awards: Best TV Chef Book &#8211; Europe.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.curteaveche.ro\/forma-gustului.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em><strong>\u201eForma gustului\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/a> este o carte conceput\u0103 pentru a transforma hrana \u00eentr-o celebrare a bucuriei de a tr\u0103i, dar \u0219i de a respecta nevoile organismului \u0219i de a-l fortifica. Cu o introducere de 30 de pagini \u00een care autoarea rememoreaz\u0103 c\u00e2teva episoade care i-au \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit rela\u021bia cu hrana \u0219i au ajutat-o s\u0103-\u0219i croiasc\u0103 drumul c\u0103tre descoperirea de sine, <strong>Laura Cosoi<\/strong> \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 dea o nou\u0103 dimensiune meselor, care s\u0103 reflecte concep\u021biile, experien\u021bele \u0219i stilul s\u0103u de via\u021b\u0103.
