Scurge\u0163i-i \u00eentr-o strecur\u0103toare.<br \/>\nRade\u0163i cartofii \u00eentr-un robot de buc\u0103t\u0103rie, la care a\u0163i montat discul pentru r\u0103zuit. Pute\u0163i folosi \u015fi o r\u0103z\u0103toare manual\u0103. Cu c\u00e2t f\u00e2\u015fiile rezultate sunt mai mari, cu at\u00e2t mai crocant\u0103 va fi pl\u0103cinta. A\u015feza\u0163i buc\u0103\u0163ile rase \u00eentr-un prosop curat de buc\u0103t\u0103rie \u015fi presa\u0163i-le bine ca s\u0103 \u00eenl\u0103tura\u0163i umezeala. Transfera\u0163i-le \u00eentr-un bol \u015fi l\u0103sa\u0163i-le deoparte.<br \/>\n\u00centr-o tigaie, la foc mediu, topi\u0163i o lingur\u0103 de unt cu o lingur\u0103 de ulei de m\u0103sline. Ad\u0103uga\u0163i prazul \u015fi pr\u0103ji\u0163i-l p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd se \u00eenmoaie, cam 5 minute. Pune\u0163i o linguri\u0163\u0103 de sare \u015fi \u00bd de linguri\u0163\u0103 de piper. Pune\u0163i o farfurie deasupra tig\u0103ii \u015fi, \u0163in\u00e2nd-o ferm, \u00eentoarce\u0163i tigaia. Prin alunecare, pune\u0163i cl\u0103tita la loc \u00een tigaie ca s\u0103 se fac\u0103 \u015fi pe partea cealalt\u0103. Aplatiza\u0163i bine din nou, acoperi\u0163i vasul \u015fi l\u0103sa\u0163i pl\u0103cinta s\u0103 se pr\u0103jeasc\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd devine crocant\u0103 \u015fi pe cealalt\u0103 parte, cel mult 3\u20135 minute. Pune\u0163i un platou rotund \u015fi cald deasupra tig\u0103ii \u015fi r\u0103sturna\u0163i \u00eenc\u0103 o dat\u0103, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t pl\u0103cinta s\u0103 se a\u015feze frumos pe platou.
