Ea a preparat patru feluri de m\u00e2ncare \u00een 40 de minute, cu ingrediente special aduse din Rom\u00e2nia. Cei din public au avut o energie incredibil\u0103, fiind impresiona\u021bi de preparatele noastre. La cea de a 23-a edi\u021bie a T\u00e2rgului Interna\u021bional de Carte de la Beijing, Gourmand International este organizatorul Food and Wine Gallery, celebra sec\u021biune dedicat\u0103 exclusiv c\u0103r\u021bilor din acest domeniu. Pe durata t\u00e2rgului de carte, aici sunt expuse c\u0103r\u021bi dedicate g\u0103titului din \u00eentreaga lume \u0219i au loc conferin\u021be, demonstra\u021bii culinare \u0219i \u00eent\u00e2lniri cu personalit\u0103\u021bi din domeniu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cenfiin\u0163ate \u00een anul 1995, premiile Gourmand au creat practic industria c\u0103r\u021bilor de bucate.
