Re\u0163ete de suflet pentru cei dragi\u201d\u00a0<\/a>este un jurnal culinar, splendid ilustrat, unde sunt adunate re\u0163ete s\u0103n\u0103toase pe care Laura Cosoi le \u00eendr\u0103ge\u015fte \u2013 feluri de m\u00e2ncare pe care le prepar\u0103 adesea, spre deliciul familiei \u015fi al prietenilor de suflet.<\/p>\n<p>Cele mai multe dintre re\u0163ete sunt u\u015for de preg\u0103tit, rapide \u015fi pline de ingrediente s\u0103n\u0103toase. De la supe \u015fi aperitive p\u00e2n\u0103 la salate \u015fi deserturi, lu\u0103m parte la o incursiune \u00een lumea culinar\u0103 a unei vedete \u2013 a c\u0103rei inten\u0163ie, dup\u0103 cum ea \u00eens\u0103\u015fi m\u0103rturise\u015fte, este de a dest\u0103inui o fr\u00e2ntur\u0103 din universul ei, din modul \u00een care \u00ee\u015fi petrece timpul liber, din ceea ce dore\u015fte s\u0103 \u00eempart\u0103 cu to\u0163i cei dragi. A\u015faz\u0103\u2011le pe r\u00e2nd pe o farfurie \u00eentins\u0103, unele peste altele, ca s\u0103 nu se usuce \u00een timp ce prepari umplutura, acoperindu\u2011le cu folie alimentar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Separat, pune la \u00eencins \u00eentr\u2011o tigaie uleiul de m\u0103sline, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu usturoiul \u015fi ceapa, tocate m\u0103runt. Las\u0103\u2011le p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd se coloreaz\u0103 pu\u0163in, apoi adaug\u0103 carnea tocat\u0103. Amestec\u0103 \u00een compozi\u0163ie nuc\u015foara, m\u0103rarul t\u0103iat m\u0103runt, sarea \u015fi piperul (dup\u0103 gust) \u015fi mai \u0163ine totul pe foc 15\u00a0minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 ce se rumene\u015fte carnea. Presar\u0103 apoi o parte din compozi\u0163ia de carne pe fiecare foaie de cl\u0103tit\u0103 \u015fi ruleaz\u0103. Aranjeaz\u0103 rulourile pe un platou \u015fi rade peste ele parmezanul.
